Finding your way around the Schedule
List, Calendar and Board — three ways to see the same schedule, plus filters to cut it down.

The Schedule is where all planned work lives — shifts and routes. The same schedule can be read three ways; switch with the List, Calendar and Board chips at the top.
The three views
List groups everything under two headings — Drafts and Published — then by day. Each row shows a workstream colour bar, the time, the shift's headline and its team. Rows have a checkbox so you can select several shifts and cancel them together. Shifts open for claiming show how many spots are still free, e.g. 2/3 open to claim.
Calendar shows a time grid. Use the Day, Week and Month chips to change the range, and Previous, Today and Next to move around. In Day and Week you can drag a shift to move it, or drag its edge to resize it. Dragging a published shift always asks first — "The team is notified and asked to re-confirm." — so nothing changes under a worker's feet silently.
Board shows one column per person, plus a final Unassigned / claimable column. Drag a card from one column to another to reassign the shift to that person (again, published shifts confirm before notifying).
Routes sit above the views
If you use routes, they appear as cards in a Routes strip above the schedule, one card per route. The views below only show ordinary shifts — a route card is that route's scheduling. (See Routes: give a whole route to one worker.)
Filtering
The filter bar cuts every view down to what matters right now:
- Search shifts — matches the shift title, job, client, site, notes and team names.
- Status — All statuses, Drafts or Published.
- Assignee — Anyone, or a specific person.
- Client, Site, Workstream — these only appear once your schedule actually contains more than one.
When any filter is active a Clear button appears. If your filters match nothing you'll see "No shifts match" with a Clear filters shortcut.
Bulk actions
- Publish drafts — one button publishes every draft at once and notifies the team. You'll see "{n} shifts published and the team notified."
- Cancel selected — tick rows in the List view, then confirm. Cancelling notifies anyone assigned and cannot be undone.
- Add multiple — opens the bulk grid for many shifts at once, or the route allocator if your workspace has route-type workstreams.
Tip: cancelled shifts never appear in any view — the schedule only ever shows work that is still real.
