The Defects & issues register is the single scannable list of every issue — one row each, tap to open.
Reading the register
The metrics bar shows open, overdue, unassigned and high severity at a glance. The table columns cover Title (with a severity dot and description), Subject, Severity, Priority, Category, Assignee, Due (red when overdue), Created and Status.
Filtering
Cut it down with the filters:
  • Search issues by keyword.
  • Status — Open, All, Closed or Voided.
  • Severity, Priority, Category.
  • Assignee — Any, Assigned to me, or Unassigned.
  • Overdue only.
"Assigned to me" plus "Overdue only" is the fastest way to see what you need to chase today.
AI-flagged issues
If a form has AI photo review enabled, submitted photos are checked for problems the worker didn't report — and where the AI finds a genuine mismatch, it raises an issue for you automatically: titled from the finding, with the flagged photo attached as evidence, and the finding's severity applied. Compliance managers get a single "AI review flagged {n} issue(s)" notification.
These land in the register like any other issue — triage, assign and action them the same way (see The issue lifecycle). A compliance manager confirms or dismisses each AI finding, so nothing is auto-actioned without a human decision.
Tip: the register is deliberately a flat list, not a board — so lean on the filters rather than scrolling. Save yourself a daily scan with Assigned to me + Overdue only.
