Your timesheet: submitting and corrections
Check your week, fix any wrong times, and submit for approval.

Your timesheet gathers your clocked time into a week you can check and submit. Find it under Timesheets → My timesheet.
The weekly view
Step through weeks with Previous / This week / Next. A totals bar summarises the week: worked, overtime, unpaid breaks, paid leave and any issues. A day-by-day breakdown flags missed working days in amber so nothing's forgotten.
Correcting your week
If the times aren't right (phone died, clocked out late), Correct my week lets you fix them in one go: adjust the shift times, Add a missing shift for a day you missed, and say what happened once. Maliru shows your week total after your changes, and Send {n} changes for approval submits the corrections as one batch — "Fix the times, say what happened once, and send the week for approval."
You can also raise a single Request change on any closed entry, or Request missing entry for one that never got clocked — each needs a reason, and everything goes through your manager. Nothing edits silently.
Submitting
When the week looks right, Submit. The status then reads:
- Not submitted → Submitted (you can still Resubmit if something changes)
- Approved — signed off by your manager
- Reopened — sent back for another look
- Locked — the period is closed for payroll; no more changes
Tracking your requests
My change requests shows each correction: Missing entry or Time change, and its status — Pending, Approved, Declined (with the reason) or Cancelled. You can Cancel request while it's still pending.
Tip: submit promptly each week — Maliru sends a "Submit your timesheet" reminder if you've recorded time but not submitted, and your manager can't approve what hasn't been sent.
